We offer two cooking methods of Schnitzel:

1. Deep Fried (in Zero Trans Fat Oil):

a) Wiener Schnitzel

b) Schnitzel a la Holstein

c) Paprika Schnitzel


2. Sautéed:

a. Jaeger Schnitzel

b. Rahm Schnitzel

Veal Leg is the cut used to make a Schnitzel. It is then sliced thin and pounded with a meat tenderizer.

If you desire to deep fry the Schnitzel you will need to first treat in flour, eggwash and bread crumbs then deep fry in zero trans fat oil.

To sauté the Veal you will need approximately three small pieces of pounded Veal and then cook in the sauce.
